Jesus heals two blind men as he was leaving Jericho.

Why did the women go to the tomb?

The women came to the tomb to anoint the body.

The body had already been anointed and wrapped in strips of linen cloth.
John 19:39-40: (39) And Nicodemus, who at first came to Jesus by night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. (40) Then they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in strips of linen with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury.

The first visitors to the tomb were Mary Magdalene, the other Mary, and Salome.

What was the order of Jesus' appearances after his resurrection?

The order of the resurrection appearances were: Mary Magdalene, two others, then the eleven disciples.

Luke 24:15, 36: (15) So it was, while they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them. (36) Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, "Peace to you."

The order of the resurrection appearances were: Mary Magdalene, the disciples without Thomas, the disciples with Thomas, and then the eleven disciples again.
John 20:14, 19, 26: (14) Now when she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing [there], and did not know that it was Jesus. (19) Then, the same day at evening, being the first [day] of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace [be] with you." (26) And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace to you!"
John 21:1: After these things Jesus showed Himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way He showed Himself: ...

The order of the resurrection appearances were: Peter, the twelve disciples, 500+ others, James, the apostles, then Paul.
I Corinthians 15:5-8: (5) ...and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. (6) After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. (7) After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. (8) Then last of all He was seen by me [Paul] also, as by one born out of due time.

Where did the ascension take place?

The ascension took place in or near Jerusalem.

Mark 16:14-19: (14) Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. (15) And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. (16) He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. (17) And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; (18) they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." (19) So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God.

There is no mention of the ascension, but if it took place, it would have been from a mountain in Galilee.
Matthew 28:16-20: (16) Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. (17) When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. (18) And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. (19) Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (20) teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the age." Amen.

The ascension took place outside in Bethany (near Jerusalem).
Luke 24:50-51: (50) And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. (51) Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

The ascension is not mentioned.
John 21:1, 24-25: (1) After these things Jesus showed Himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way He showed Himself. … (24) This is the disciple who testifies of these things, and wrote these things; and we know that his testimony is true. (25) And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.
